Course Structure
Our online Pilates matwork teacher training course take you through 150 hours of our pilates party! Just so you know whats involved lets take a quick look.
- 10 hours of pre-course personal pilates classes (experience)
- 50 hours of foundation theory including anatomy and physiology self study via our online student portal
- 10 observation hours in studio or online.
- 30 hours of teaching practice in a mat pilates setting.
- 30 hours Self Mastery of repertoire (participation in classes, learning by self) in a mat pilates setting.
- 1 hour of assessment (both online quizzes and video recording submission).
Internationally Registered Training
Our teacher training in registered with International Sports Science Association (ISSA) so you can be sure that you’re receiving an internationally recognised qualification that allows you to teach anywhere in the world.

Start anytime! Want the choice of flexibility so you can choose your own start date and work at your own pace? We offer the flexibility to complete you course either during selected course dates or one on one privately when convenient for you.

What are the prerequisites?
You will need a basic understanding of anatomy or previous anatomy course completion.
To prepare for your course we suggest you attend at least 10 Pilates classes in person or online.
I don't have previous anatomy experience.
Don’t panic add our anatomy course to get you up to date with all things anatomy as it relates to your barre or Pilates course.
In general
Your course is structured with a mix of online and face-to-face training covering exercise, how to program a class, how to adapt for injury or progress for advanced clients and how to teaching finding your vibe and style of teaching.
